The Hubble Space Telescope has confirmed the existence of a giant scorched planet with a tail like a comet. About 153 light years from Earth, this exoplanet (outside our solar system) is so close to its star that one of its years is 3-and-a-half of our days. Also, NASA’s Stratospheric Observatory for Infrared Astronomy is flying its second series of flight tests to prove its airworthiness for 20 years worth of science gathering. Plus, Girls in Space, Kids to Work, Mars Day, and Crew Visit.
